HAVYN is a hot yoga and movement studio in the Jericho Beach area of Vancouver.
At HAVYN, all our classes are infrared heated to 38 degrees C. The classes are well-paced, challenging, accessible and breath-oriented. Every class will soften you into a meditative space, while being dynamic and targeted enough to improve posture and core strength. We have all-levels set sequences of Hatha and Vinyasa classes, as well as our pilates-inspired hot classes to keep things fresh and fun... Combined with rhythmic tunes, we will leave you vibing through your whole day.
