Havyn offers a large variety of classes all throughout the day, from early morning to late evening, making it easy to find a time that fits into my busy schedule. On days where I want to push myself more, I go for hot Pilates or power flow, and on days where I need to move more slowly and prioritize balance, I go for Hatha. I highly recommend Meltem or Natalia’s classes if you want to be pushed to your limits, but all the instructors are lovely and there is something new to learn from everyone. It really depends on what your goals are, and no matter which class you choose, the heat is great for relaxing your muscles and detoxifying your body. When I say this yoga studio gave me the BEST vibes from any yoga studio in Vancouver, I mean it... The front desks energy literally makes a WORLD of a difference walking into a fitness studio and I felt so welcomed the minute I walked in. The energy from the front desk staff and instructor was so warm and friendly. Honestly, just having that great interaction walking in - along with the nice studio, I was already sold on liking it. Then we did the class. The instructor felt so genuine and kind. I felt like he didn't make the class about him and was so good at letting you do what you needed. Again, I rarely review places, but this yoga studio is a 10/10. I'm 10000% signing up after my experience tonight!"
