What kind of fitness classes does Havyn offer at our Vancouver yoga studio?
Havyn offers a variety of hot yoga and hot pilates classes. Check our class descriptions page for full details!
How hot are the classes at Havyn?
All classes at our Vancouver yoga studio are heated to approximately 36–38 °C. Room temperature may vary slightly depending on class size and weather. Classes marked RH run at a lower temperature. ~30 degrees.
What is the minimum age to attend Havyn classes?
Participants must be between 14–16 years old minimum, depending on the class. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian unless previously approved. Please contact us to confirm readiness.
Do you have an intro offer for newcomers?
Yes! New students can jump in with our Intro Month—28 days of unlimited classes for $59+tax. (Add-ons like mats and towels are available for an additional fee).
I'm new to hot classes. Which should I start with?
We recommend starting with Havyn Hatha at these Vancouver yoga studios—gentle and welcoming to newcomers—then exploring the rest!
How do I sign up for classes at your Vancouver yoga studio?
You can book using the Havyn app or via our website. We suggest reserving early—classes do fill up! If plans change, cancel online at least 4 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
What should I bring—and what if I don’t have equipment?
Bring a yoga mat (or rent one here), plus a towel and water bottle. We also rent or sell mats and towels at the studio.
Are there showers or lockers available?
The Jericho studio offers showers and lockers; the UBC studio provides towel/mat rentals and lockers. (no showers).
What are the benefits of practicing at a heated Vancouver yoga studio?
Hot classes at Havyn help with strength, flexibility, breath-awareness, stress relief, enhanced focus, and overall mind–body balance. Many clients find our environment supportive of chronic pain management and physiotherapy.
Where is parking available?
- Jericho Studio: Free parking in our lot and nearby streets (1–4 hrs).
- UBC Studio: Accessible via free street parking and local parkades.
